Originally from Mexico City, Silvia’s diverse career has included roles as a journalist and news writer. In 2020, she discovered her true calling in yoga and fitness, dedicating herself to guiding individuals towards their wellness goals. Silvia emphasizes holistic health, integrating yoga and meditation into a lifestyle that promotes longevity and vitality.
